In this IMG step, the fixed background of the SI declaration control list is defined. This list also contains some statistical and accounting functions.

This background is used by report RPDSIFB0 as the fixed part of the different records composing the control list. When using the SI declaration file, generated by report RPDSIGB0, the variable data of the control list is added.
All background entries are identified by the first 3 characters that also indicate to what class the record type belongs. The record class gives an indication in what part of the control list the record is used:

  • Fxx = personal data,

  • Txx = totals,

  • TCx = bookkeeping frame,

  • TRx = reductions on contributions,

  • TSx = supplementary contributions,

  • TTx = statistical frame.

All fixed background entries used are defined in the form BS00 form, which can be viewed, but should not be changed.

The standard SAP R/3 System contains all elements to reproduce the control list using report RPDSIFB0.

The standard settings should not be changed. Otherwise, the report reproducing the control list should be changed accordingly.
