OHABBIL01 - Social Balance Coding Table

In this step you should maintain table Social Balance Data (T5BVK). This table lists some codes on the social balance that cannot be filled in automatically by the report.

Codes that correspond to data from the previous fiscal year, need to be filled in only at the startup of the system, before the report will run for the first time.

Codes 130 (concerning the number of directors) need to be filled in every year. These values are not provided by the report.

You must enter these values for each of the juridical entities.

Before running your first social balance, fill in the codes that correspond to data of the previous fiscal year.

Please make sure to fill in Code 130 each year.
