OHABHOL05 - Forms for Holiday Pay

In this Customizing activity, you maintain holiday pay forms, as follows:
- Balance holiday pay (VAC1) or (VAE1)
- Early holiday pay (VAC2) or (VAE2)
Both forms are provided to an employee leaving the company, so that he can settle his holidays with his new employer.
Balance holiday pay (VAC1/ VAE1)
The balance holiday pay forms are used by the Payroll calculation (RPCALCB0) report as the fixed background for holiday certificates for the current year. The calculation is based on the salary of the previous year.
These forms contains important information, such as the following:
- The holiday year and holiday reference year
- The employer's and employee's names
- The annual salary and other payments
- The single and double holiday pay amounts
Early holiday pay (VAC2/ VAE2)
The early holiday pay forms are used by the Payroll calculation (RPCALCB0) report as the fixed background for holiday certificates for the following year. The calculation is based on the total salary, earned during the current year, up until the leaving date.
The early holiday pay forms contain the same information as the balance holiday forms.
