OHABR_AU013 - Assign grouping of absence quota compensation types

In this section you assign grouping of absence quota compensation type to each type of absence quota compensation, of the employee's subgroups and human resources subareas.

Before performing the steps described in this chapter, you must have:

1. Employee subgroups grouping for time quota types: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Time accounts management via attendance/absence quotas --> Group employee subgroups for time quotas.
2. Personnel subareas grouping for time quotas: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Time accounts management via attendance/absence quotas --> Determination of groupings for time quotas --> Group human resources subareas for time quotas.
3. Absence quota types: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Manage time accounts via attendance/absence quotas --> Time quota types --> Set absence quota types.
4. Types of absence quota compensation: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Manage time accounts via attendance/absence quotas --> Absence quota processing during payroll run --> Time quota compensation --> Set types of time quota compensation.

1. Select code for employee subgroup grouping for time quota types.
2. Select code for personnel subarea grouping for time quota types.
3. Select the code corresponding to the desired absence quota compensation type.
4. Assign a grouping of absence quota compensation types regarding the selected compensation type.
5. Save your entries.
