In this section you create the reference code corresponding to the Length of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS) movement code made by the employee.

FGTS movement varies according to the employee's absence type, transfer or termination.

This code is included in the table provided by the instruction manual for Data Medium Employee List (DMEL) issuing, a legal report required by the qualified authority.

Movement codes table:

H - Termination with just cause by employer initiative
J - Dismissal by the employee
L - Other reasons for termination
N - Employee departure to another establishment of the same company or to another company that pays for all labor charges, without termination
