This Customizing activity is obsolete.

In this step, you can view the SAPScript form HR_BE_PERSSTAT used for the SI declaration control list.

Based on the results of report Generate SI declaration (RPDSIBB0) stored in cluster CX/WX, and retrieved by report Personnel statement (RPDSIFB0), the SI declaration control list is a hard copy of the personnel list the customer uses for controlling purposes.

Requirements

The standard SAP R/3 System currently supports 4 personnel lists:

  • A (manual workers),
  • B (employees),
  • C (employees only subject to sickness and disability insurance and working in the health sector),
  • D (dismissed temporary workforce in the Civil Service).
  1. Enter the form name in the Form field.
  2. Enter the language code in the Language field.
  3. Choose Utilities > Test print.
  4. Enter the printer name in the Output device field.
  5. Click Print preview to preview the SAPScript form.
