Overview of Monthly (FINPROF) and Yearly (BELCOTAX) Reporting, and 281.xx Fiches

FINPROF is the name of the system that allows employers and other debtors of incomes subject to advance tax, to file the monthly advance tax declaration 274 via the internet.

BELCOTAX on Web (BOW) is the name of the system that allows employers and other debtors of incomes subject to advance tax, to file the yearly individual fiches 281 via the internet. As of 2008, this electronic system is mandatory.

281.xx: is the Individual Income declaration.

SAP supports the fiches 281.10, 281.11, 281.13, 281.14, 281.17, 281.18 and 281.20.

By means of the IMG steps, you can customize the electronic tax declaration.

The Additional Tax Data (BE) (3207) infotype is used to store relevant data of external and additional payments, which are not stored in the payroll.

The following reports are available:

  • Monthly report: FINPROF: Advance Tax Declaration(RPCBWMB0)
  • The FINPROF - External Payments Declaration (RPCBWEB0) report enables you to declare external payments in a FINPROF Advance Tax Declaration. The XML-file will be stored in the Temse.
  • The annual BELCOTAX - Yearly Income Declaration(RPCBWAB0) report
When running the report in test mode, the data is stored in the TemSe with naming convention HR_CBWTAB_########## . When running productive, the naming convention for the storage is HR_CBOWAB_##########
  • Annual report for FICHES 281.xx - Printing documents (RPCBWPB0). This report enables you to choose between Sapscript and PDF.
  • Analyzing tool for annual data BELCOTAX - TemSe file Analysis (RPCBOWB0)
  • FINPROF TemSe File Analysis (RPCFPAB0) report
  • Change Record Declaration Settings for Additional Tax Data (RPUBWUB0) report
  • BELCOTAX/ FINPROF - Checkmonitor (RPUBWSB0) report
