Existing statements can be saved in an optical archive. In this Customizing activity, you determine for each form whether it is to be archived.
You have an archive system and have assigned object type ANTAXDECBE with document type HROBEBWP to this archive system under Archiving.
To save a form when printing, select the Archive checkbox.
In a test or development system, it is not required to archive existing statements. You can therefore deselect the checkbox.
However, we recommend that you archive statements when working in a productive system.
