In this Customizing activity, you specify how Dimona declarations behave with regard to organizational criteria and personnel actions, as follows.

• You determine whether a personnel group and personnel area combination should be selected for Dimona declarations, using the Employee groups/subgroups (B) (T5B9G) table

• You determine whether a personnel action is relevant for Dimona declaration types, using the Mapping Table Event Type - Reason of Event(T5BO1) table

The above-mentioned information is retrieved for further processing by the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report.

You must have maintained Dimona-relevant data both at institution level and at company level as indicated under Basic Settings → Institutions.

Standard settings are provided. Change them only if necessary.

To maintain the Dimona indicator in table T5B9G, proceed as follows:

1. Choose the activity Check Dimona relevance (T5B9G).
2. Select an entry and choose Details.
3. Check the Dimona indicator and change it if necessary.
4. Save your entries.

To maintain the Dimona indicator in table T5BO1, proceed as follows:

1. Select a personnel action.
2. Check the Dimona indicator and change it if necessary.
3. Save your entries.
