In this activity, you time-specifically define the default settings for selecting a form for the employer statement.

To do so, you store the key of the logical form and the form output languages that are offered to the user in the Employer Statement (0600) infotype.

The SAP system uses the default setting for the display from infotype 0600. For the display with the print program, the SAP system uses the default setting if the user does not explicitly specify a form in the parameter settings.

The logical forms to be used are stored in the Set Forms activity.
If you want to use a fallback language other than DE, you have to store a PDF form in the desired fallback language in the Customer Form settings for the logical form in the Set Form IMG activity.

In the standard SAP system, we provide sample Customizing for logical form HR_CH_ERC_02 for infotype Employer Statement (0600). In accordance with the Customizing settings in view cluster VC_T5F99OSFX, the output language shows the allowed languages 'DE, IT, FR' as well as fallback language 'DE'.

1. Copy the sample entries for subapplication AGBE from client 000.
2. Adjust the validity period to meet your requirements.
   
   Example: If the new HR form HR_CH_ERC_02 is to be used to display infotype records that are entered with a start date from 12/01/16 onwards, change the start date of the sample entry to 12/01/16 accordingly.
3. Fallback language DE is available in the standard SAP system. If you need a different fallback language, select the language according to the permissible output languages.
4. Save your entries.
