OHACHPBSAM1 - Maintain Employee Activity Key and Texts

You define the employee activity key in this step. You assign an employee activity name in a male and female form in an employee activity key. In addition, you can create the name in different languages. You can define the employee activity key personnel-specific in infotype Cost-of-living allowance/Office (0511).

There are no entries in the standard version.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. First create the employee activity key and name in a selected language.
3. Select all table entries that must be translated.
4. Choose Translate in the Edit -> menu. A selection menu of languages will appear in which you can additionally create a name. For example French and Italian. A maintenance screen is available which allows the creating of the employee activity text in the selected language.
5. Choose Continue in order to leave the maintenance screen.
6. Choose Save.

Leading zeros are a part of the employee activity key.
