OHACHPBSOZ3 - Hourly Wage Cost-of-Living Allowance: Check Divisor

In this step you check the MO2HR divisor for calculating the hourly rate of the cost-of-living allowance starting from the monthly amount of the cost-of-living allowance.
You define the 200 divisor. If the monthly amount of the cost-of- living allowance is 100SF, you get an hourly rate of 0,50 SF per hour (100 SF / 200 hours = 0,50 SF/hour).
