OHACN_MTP002 - Specify Medical Treatment Entitlement and Accumulation Period

In this Customizing activity, you define the group ID and specify the entitled medical treatment period and its accumulation period for the group. According to Chinese legislation, the medical treatment period to which an employee is entitled is limited to a certain number of months.

When you enter absence data in the Absences (2001) infotype, the system checks whether the employee's accumulated number of months' sick leave in the accumulation period exceeds the entitled medical treatment period.

Note:

You must assign the group ID into the Ind field in Customizing: Assign Seniority Rule and Group ID for Medical Treatment Period Check, the system can then determine who are applicable for the specified medical treatment period and the accumulation period.

1. For each group of employees in your company, for example, based on their employment status, specify the accumulated service years that they have worked and the number of years that they have worked in the current company to be entitled to a certain number of months of medical treatment.
2. For each of the entries you make in the previous step, specify the corresponding number of months's medical treatment period and accumulation period that the employees are entitled.

In some cities, the local government requests if an employee is entitled three months for medical treatment in a company, the accumulation period should be set to six months.

If an employee has worked for 10 years in total and works for current company for 5 years, then the emplyee is entitled to 6 months' medical treatment and 12 months' accumulation period.

The number you entered here is the maximum(inclusive) number.
