In this step, you define the position name code with the reference of the standard code GB12403 issued by the government, or you can create a new code if necessary.

You assign a position code which is valid for an employee who serves in the army.

To create a new position name code,

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the position name code and description.
  3. Save your entries.
