In this step, you define the specific rank of the employee's position with the reference of the standard code GB14946-A6 issued by the government, or you can create a new code if necessary.

An employee working in the governmental office, has the rank "Deputy Section Chief" for his or her position.

To enter a new position type code,

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the position type code and description.
  3. Save your entries.
