OHACN_PF004 - Define From/To Category of Personal Files

In this step, you define the categories which indicate the employee's personal files From/To status when the holding location of the employee's personal files has been changed.

An employee of a state-owned chemical enterprise in Beijing changes to another state-owned chemical enterprise in Shanghai, the From/To status of his or her personal files can be described as "transferred to the same industry in another city".

To enter a new From/To category:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter the number of the From/To category.
3. Enter the description.
4. Save your entries.
