OHACN_SI006 - Assign Authority Institution to Personnel Area/Subarea

For communication and transactions with the social insurance authority, an employer is assigned an enterprise ID for each insurance type. The enterprise ID is the number the employer uses to identify itself for a specific insurance type when dealing with the social insurance authority.

In this step, you assign a social insurance authority to the personnel area/subarea for each individual insurance type.

You should only use the social insurance enterprise ID assigned to you by the authority.

To make the assignment for each social insurance type:

1. Select the personnel area/subarea.
2. Choose Details.
3. Enter the authority and enterprise ID for each insurance type.
4. Save your entries.
