OHACN_TX_DIS110 - Assign Employee Disability Groupings

In this Customizing activity, you assign the pre-defined disability groupings to employees.

You use the Determine Employee Disability Groupings (28DET) feature to make the assignment. For more information about how to make the settings, see Feature: Determine Employee Disability Grouping (28DET).

During the payroll calculation, according to an employee's master data, the system determines the disability grouping based on settings in this activity. The payroll program then follows the tax reduction rule defined for the assigned disability grouping to calculate the tax reduction amount for this employee.

If you would like to apply a different tax reduction rule to an employee, you can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPACN_EEGRP_DISABILITY to change the employee disability grouping to another one. For more information, see BAdI: Modification of Employee Disability Grouping.

You have made the disability relevant settings in the Customizing activity Define Disability Classifications and Employee Groupings.
