In this activity you must maintain the attributes for incapacity type absences, according to that established by legal and company regulations.

Before you carry out this activity, you must ensure that the Absence Categories table (T554C) includes all the absence cases used by the company.

The standard SAP system contains the incapacity type codes defined by the social insurance system.

Through the table V_TCO07 view, you must indicate the following fields according to the incapacity absence category:

• Wage type Init. Days: Records the code of the wage type with which the initial days of the incapacity will be canceled.

• % Initial days: Contains the percentage value recognized by the employer for the initial days of incapacity that are not recognized by the entity that issues it. This percentage is applied to a pre-established base.

• Initial days: Contains the number of days recognized by the company for each absence and that are not recognized by the entity that issues it.

• Wage type Init. Base: Records the code of the wage type that will be used as the base for calculating the payment of the initial days of the incapacity.

• Wage type incapac: Contains the wage type with which the incapacity will be canceled.

• % Incapacity: Contains the percentage value recognized by the entity that issues the absence. This percentage is applied to a pre-established base.

• % Incapacity: Contains the percentage value recognized by the entity that issues the absence from the generation of the extension of an absence. This percentage is applied to a pre-established base.

• Wage type Incap. Base: Records the code of the wage type that will be used as base for calculating the incapacity payment.

• Wage type Sub. Comp.: Records the code of the wage type that will be used to cancel the subsidy value of the company.

• Recognition type: There are 3 ways to configure the recognition or subsidy that the company performs regardless for each absence category: Recognizes up to the subsidy base, recognizes always 33.34% of the subsidy base, recognizes up to the subsidy base, but never zero.

• Subsidy percentage recognized by the company after 90 days: Personalization of the subsidy percentage value of the company after 90 days of absence.

• Wage type Subsidy Base: Records the code of the wage type that will be used as the base for the subsidy.

• Renewable?: When the checkbox is marked, it indicates the continuity or extension of a previously registered absence as a new development for an employee.

• Abs./Atten. type: Records the absence category registered previously and from which an extension or renewal originates.
