In this IMG step, you define the wage types that are selected for the withholding tax evaluation. For this, you assign wage types to a cumulation wage type.

The names of the cumulation wage types stand for the following:

  • BETR: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as the tax amount.
  • CORR: These wage types are identified as withholding tax back payments.
  • KIND: If there is no entry for the withholding tax rate, these wage types are used to determine the withholding tax payer's number of children.
  • LOHN: Wage types assigned to this cumulative wage type are identified as the gross wage.
  • NDAY: On the basis of this wage type, the system determines the number of days not processed (only relevant for the withholding tax statement for canton Vaud).
  • PDAY: On the basis of this wage type, the system determines the number of workdays (only relevant for the withholding tax statement for canton Vaud).
  • ZULA: Wage types assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as bonuses/fringe benefits.

In the SAP standard system, technical wage types and model wage types are assigned to the cumulation wage types.

Compare this view (V_T596I) to client 000, and replace the model wage types with the corresponding customer wage types.
