OHACST037 - Batch Maintenance of Infotype Fields

This section serves the mass maintenance of application data Special_payments for infotype 0038 Tax. This occurs through a program which carries out a change of the data bank.

All employees of an employee subgroup have the possibility of canteen meals. With the help of this report you can assign emplployee subgroup the field 03 Canteen the value 02 yes. Through this you save on maintenance.

All infotype records for which validity periods contain the entered key date or which are placed according to the key date are selected.

A productive run of the report is only possible if the password is entered as user name.

To avoid unobserved changes of application data we recommend you always carry out a test run and critically check the result.

In order to change application data please call up the report in the productive system.

Please make the obligatory entries. The field numbers have the following meaning:

• 01:,,Field 5w Free transportation between living and workplace

• 02:,,Field 5x Contribution towards costs of meals at workplace

• 03:,,Field 5y Possibility of canteen meals

• 04:,,Field 5z Profit sharing and debt recovery rights

In case you desire further selections (eg. company code, personnel subarea) activate the button Further selections.

First of all, carry out a test run.

Check the log output carefully.

If required, start a productive run of the program.
