OHACST105 - Maintain Employer Addresses

In this IMG activity, you maintain the company address for the wage statement.

The field Id (Text Identification) has the following meanings for the address:

• A = line 1 (company name)

• B = line 2 (department)

• C = line 3 (street)

• D = line 4 (city)

The standard SAP System contains an example for the payroll unit CH01.

To maintain the addresses of your payroll units for the wage statement, proceed as follows:

1. In the field Address, enter the name of the payroll unit.
2. In the fields Id. and Address Text, enter the address of this payroll unit.
3. Save your entries.
