OHACST112 - Determine Address Type for Address

In this activity, you determine the address type and its alternatives (from which the address for the wage statement is to be determined) by processing the Address Type When Determining Address(CHADR) feature.

Permanent residence is taken as the address in the standard SAP system.

Process the feature to suit your needs.

The subapplication used in the wage statement is Wage Statement 2005(LAW2) in the HCM localization Switzerland (02).

The return value of the feature determines the sequence of the address types in which the addresses are read from the infotype Addresses (0006). Separate the individual address types using a backslash (/).

The return value of the feature is 1/5/2.
The system determines the address as follows: It checks whether a permanent residence (subtype 1) has been stored. If not, it searches for a Postal address (subtype 5). If this address type does not exist either, it attempts to determine the secondary residence. If there is no address here either, the system issues an error message for the personnel number.
