OHAC_BEME035 - Set Default Conf. for Selection of Log. Form

In this activity, you define the default settings for the form.

In contrast to the previous solution, we now technically provide the translations predefined by the authority with eight PDF forms and ten logical forms:

In the view of logical forms, you will find four related and identically named logical forms: 'HR_CH_RMC_04_DE', 'HR_CH_RMC_04_IT', 'HR_CH_RMC_04_FR', 'HR_CH_RMC_04_EN'. The associated supplementary sheet shows the supplement '_ADD' in the form name.

Do not change the settings for the logical forms with the language code at the end.

In the standard settings, the PDF form 'HR_CH_ERC_04_DE' is assigned to the logical form 'HR_CH_ERC_04'. As a result, when the logon language is unequal to 'DE'/'IT'/'FR/EN', the PDF form with the German form background is used.

If you require a different default language, you can use a customer-specific form with a different PDF name to adjust the form. To ensure that the language of the data procurement matches the language of the form background when the form is later output, maintain the identical alternative language when making adjustments.

In client 000, we provide an SAP sample entry for subapplication 'RFMC' with two periods:

• For infotype records with a start date up to 31.12.2016, the previous form is used.

• For infotype records with a start date up to 01.01.2017, the new form is used.

1. Copy the sample entry to your production client.
2. Adjust the entry accordingly or adjust it in line with your requirements with regard to the validity start date or the alternative language.
3. Save your entries.
4. Then call up the activity Set Up Forms, and edit the settings of the logical form you selected (for example, name of PDF form to be used).
