In this step, you determine the processing classes. You must ensure that you distinguish between these classes sufficiently so that you can give the attributes a unique sppecification in the step Determine statutory tax and social insurance attributes. Here, you must take into account tax laws, the effects of statutory contributions on social insurance and the effects on the DUEVO reporting procedure and labor law.
The following types of processing classes are examples:
- illness
- health cure
- maternity protection
- long-term maternity/paternity leave
- military service/nonmilitary service
- military exercise
- unpaid leave
- leave
- strike/lockout
Create the processing classes.
