In this section, you determine the attributes for the potential combinations of processing classes and absence valuation rules. Legal regulations are taken into account in payroll according to these attributes.
The potential combinations arise due to the fact that a processing class and an absence valuation rule have been assigned to an absence type.
So-called superordinate absence valuation rules have been assigned to certain absence types, from which other absence valuation rules can be derived. The combinations of the processing class and all derived absence valuation rules must be created in this case.
For the absence type Sickness with certificate, the derived absence valuation rules are Paid absence and Unpaid absence, and the processing class is Sickness.
For the processing class Sickness combined with the absence valuation rule Paid absence this means:
- no interruption in the DUEVO
- no tax interruption
- no reduction in days qualifying for social insurance coverage
For the processing class Sickness combined with the absence valuation rule Unpaid absence this means:
- interruption in the DEUEV
- tax interruption affecting the tax days, I statement on the employment tax card and progression condition
- reduction in days qualifying for social insurance coverage
Enter the attributes.
Setting up and maintaining absences involves many tables. Since these tables are mostly also time-dependent, it is difficult to keep an overview of whether the tables are consistent with each other and and of their temporal delimitations.
Starting from the absence types, report RPDABWD0 creates a list of all data relevant to Payroll, and also issues an error list showing tables with missing entries.
