OHADADSU_T5F1BA - Define the insurance contract attributes

This activity enables you to define the attributes of an insurance contract, such as declared management unit, contract reference, recipient agency indicator, risk agency indicator, and contribution basis type indicator.

Create an entry for each contract reference by associating a modifier to it. Indicate the attributes specified on the settings document supplied by your insurance agency.
