OHADATZ102 - Define Constants for Employment Percentage (Notional Calculation)

If a pensioner is employed on a part-time basis he/she is employed for 50 % of the time worked by a full-time employee.

During the payroll run the fictitious gross and net amounts are used automatically - this is the remuneration that the part-time employee would receive if he/she were in full-time employment. No changes are necessary if you do not use this functionality.

An employment percentage of 50% is set in the standard SAP system.

Please change the payroll constant if a different percentage is available. If you do not calculate fictitious values then no modification is necessary.
