OHADBAV360AB - Employment Period-Based Procedure

With the Employment Period calculation method, the pension is calculated using annual fixed amounts that are dependent on the number of employment years served.

The seniority scale for amounts can be time-dependent. With this method, therefore, you can set up standard pensions (for collective agreements) that are dependent on the number of employment years and whereby the collective agreements can be modified each year. The individual pay scale groups are represented with an employment period grouping. You can assign the pay scales to the employees using a calculation variant.
