OHADBAV380AA - Definition of Regulations for Deductions/Bonuses

You have stored a rule in your pension plan for an early retirement pension. This rule states that a percentage of the calculated pension is deducted in each month that the early retirement pension is paid.

Bonuses/deductions are only calculated if a corresponding activation indicator is set for this function in the Process Control of Pension Calculation step.

You define the age for which the deduction is calculated in the step Pension Plan.

You enter a bonus/deduction percentage as a percentage for each month.

You can use a variable key field to store deduction rules that are specific to individual groups of employees. For example. you could specify that challenged employees are exempt from deductions.
