An employee wants to convert a performance-based premium of DEM5,000 for the subsequent year into pensionable amounts.

Here you assign the income indicator to the entitlement with which a salary waiver is to be processed. You also assign the statement wage types for the conversion amount.

In Payroll, conversion amounts are formed from the wage types for the wage type group. The maximum conversion amount (contract total) is read from the Entitlements infotype (0202).

The conversion amounts from one-off payments or regular remuneration are evaluated separately as a gross deduction.
