OHADBEBB12C - Maintain Output Rules

The output rules have been set up for this statement.

You need not make customizing settings if you use the standard form.

You can make changes if necessary.

The date of the industrial accident is to be printed under point 5.1.

If the absence category is "U" = Accident, the system prints the first day of the absence.

If your absence categories are coded differently, please modify the rule to suit your requirements.

There is further information on setting up absence categories in the Implementation Guide for Time Management under Set indicators for the personal calendar.

In your system, absence category "U" stands for leave. In this case, the system does not print the day of the accident but instead the first day of leave.

In your system, absence category "A" is used for accidents. In this case, the entry for the rule is as follows:
