In this step you set up statements form using the HR form editor.

There are two ways in which you can access information on the form editor:

  1. In the R/3 System, choose Help -> R/3 Library -> Personnel Administration and Payroll -> Tools -> HR Form Editor
  2. In the transaction for the form editor, choose Help -> Extended help

For further information on maintaining statements (form class BEXX) using the HR form editor, in the IMG choose Statements -> General Notes on Setting Up Forms -> Setting Up the Form with the HR Form Editor.

  1. Remuneration
Net remuneration is determined by a fictitious net calculation. Code the respective statement wage types. For further information, choose Statements -> General Notes on Setting Up Forms -> Setting Up the Form with the HR Form Editor

  1. Industrial accident
The day of the accident should be printed under point 5.1 of the form.
If the absence type is "U" for accident, then the first day of the absence is printed.
If you have other codes for absence types, then adjust the rules to meet your requirements.

Ru No Field Off C CO Value1 Value2 Off Lg Cvalue Conv R

    24 01 Z01-ABSTP C EQ 'U 1L 066 08 Z01-BEGDA 13

For further information on setting up absence types, in the
Implementation Guide under Time Management, refer to the section
Define indicators for the personal calendar.

In your company, absence type "U" means leave. Hence instead of printing the day of the industrial accident, the first day of leave is printed.
If an accident has absence type "A", then your entry in the rule will be as follows:

Ru No Field Offlg C CO Value1 Value2 Off Lngth Cvalue Conv R

24 01 Z01-ABSTP C EQ 'A 1L 066 08 Z01-BEGDA 13
