Set up the following statement wage types.

For clarification, a reference is made to the headers in the statement form.

For the point 'Income including special bonuses' and
'Taxable gross annual wage'
STBR

For the point 'Special bonuses':
Vacation bonus URLB
Christmas bonus WEIH
Other bonuses SOLE
