The evaluation class for this statement is 06.

The following codings were set up in the step "Maintain output wage

The individual remuneration and deduction amounts from the past year are to be printed under points 2 - 16 of this statement.

In this connection, please note the instructions as to which wage types are to be included in remuneration and which are not.

Code the wage types in evaluation class "06" which are to be included in the corresponding output wage types.

The specifications have the following meanings:

04 Wage types for field 4 (Shift bonus)
05 Wage types for field 5 (Capital formation)
06 Wage types for field 6 (Other benefits)

10 Wage types for field 10 (Church tax)
11 Wage types for field 11 (SI contributions)
12 Wage types for field 12 (Net earnings)
13 Wage types for field 13 (Bonus f. HI cont./exempt.from LI)
14 Wage types for field 14 (Voluntary HI contribution)
15 Wage types for field 15 (Garnishment incl. costs)
