In this step you can set up the form background.

  1. The form background can be used instead of a pre-printed form.
  2. Answers can also be set in advance.

If the answer to question 1 d) "Has the employee worked as a Managing Director" in employment statement §133 AFG is always "NO", enter this information. By entering "MAN-" in the step "Maintaining data positioning", you can keep the option to overwrite the answer manually which allows you to change it to "YES" if necessary.

  1. Please adjust the sample entries supplied with the standard SAP system so that they meet your requirements.
