OHADBLA700 - Create Destinations

You can group together various construction sites for a trip destination, if the same amount is to be paid out in expenses for each of these construction sites, depending on the employee.

This means that you only have to create one infotype record for the trip destination.

You have three different construction sites in Berlin. The employee living in Potsdam always obtains the same per diem for meals regardless of which of the three construction sites he/she works on.

You create the trip destination Berlin. You assign destination Berlin to each of the three construction sites in the Construction Site Data Table (T5DB4 with transaction P5DB4). You create an expenses infotype. The infotype does not contain any cost assignment, but is assigned to trip destination Berlin.

You create the trip destination in Customizing. If you need more trip destinations at a later date, you can create them as current settings.

You create trip destinations if you have several construction sites, which the same expenses are paid to.

When the system is in operation you must assign these trip destinations to the construction sites.
