OHADBLC100 - Set Up Data Entry Form

Report RPLBLED0 creates the forms for the employee's weekly reports.
The name of the employee is printed on the report above their assignment to a team and the team's shift on the corresponding construction site.

Alternatively empty reports can be printed without the employee form.

The standard system uses form DBB0 for weekly report forms.
