In this step you determine which

  1. wage type
  2. absence type

is to be derived from the short identifier entered.

If you enter the identifier 'ZL' or 'K ', the system should generate

  • for hourly paid industrial workers:
  • wage type BA10

  • wage type BB20 and absence type 0200

  • for foremen:
  • wage type BA11

  • wage type BB21 and absence type 0210

Grouping,, ,, ,, Short ID,, ,, WType,, Absence type
------------------------------------------------------------------------
01 (industrial),, ,, ZL time wage,, BA10
01 (industrial),, ,, K sickness,, BB20,, 0200
------------------------------------------------------------------------
05 (foremen),, ,, ZL time wage,, BA11
05 (foremen),, ,, K sickness,, BB21,, 0210

You should already have defined the short identifiers and grouped them according to features within your company.

Assign a wage type and, if applicable, an absence type to the grouped indicators.
