If the employee's vacation pay entitlement is calculated as a percentage of his or her leave gross plus clearing amounts, you must enter the following specifications for the employee's leave regulation:

• A vacation fund. (The rules determining the clearing amounts are derived from this information.)

• An indicator determining the clearing amounts.

• A percentage rate in the field Leave remuneration percentage rate for the leave type for which you want to determine the payment according to the leave gross.
