OHADBLU341 - Check Leave Type for Unpaid Leave

The leave type for unpaid leave groups the leave days over and above the employee's leave entitlement. These leave days are set up as unpaid leave.

In the Implementation Guide (IMG) for the Construction Industry component, you must have set up the step Define leave types.

B9 is the sample SAP leave type for unpaid leave. SAP recommends that you use this sample leave type to set up your own leave types for unpaid leave.

Check the following settings:

• This is the only leave type that can be deducted in addition to the employee's leave entitlement.

• This is the only leave type flagged as unpaid leave.

• This leave type can only be deducted in your creation year.

• The employee is entitled to this leave type (for zero days).
