OHADBLW300 - Maintain Attributes for Employees

In this step you define employee attributes. Employee attributes flag special features concerning employees.

The attributes can be stored in the Construction industry assignment(0192) infotype when entering employee data.

You do not wish to pay employees a 13th month's salary. Hence you enter the Block 13th month's salary attribute.

Modify the list of attributes to coincide with the special features in employee administration.

If the attribute is stored in Construction industry assigment, you can call up the attribute values in payroll in the personnel calculation rule with the DBAU MIoperation.
