OHADDOSZU03 - Grouping of Personnel Areas

In this step, you have the possible to cumulate personnel areas or personnel subareas that have already been defined to a few areas or to one area. This cumulation is stored in feature DOSTU in the standard system (Cumulation of personnel areas in statistics).

You have set up several personnel subareas in your system, however wish to create a cumulated personnel status statistic for the personnel subarea 0001 and 0002.
In this case, it is necessary to maintain feature DOSZU as follows:

Personnel subarea 0002 is thus converted to 0001 for statistics.

1. In order to guarantee the functions, check if you have set up several personnel areas or personnel subareas in your system. If this is the case, and you wish to cumulate the results in a personnel status statistic, then it is necessary to adapt the feature accordingly.
2. Choose Check.
3. Choose Save.
4. Choose Generate.
