OHADDU100 - Request Permission for Automatic Reporting Procedure

Before an employer sends DEUEV notifications to the receiving offices for the first time, they have to submit a written request for certification for the automated notification procedure according to sec. 22 DEUEV.
You can use report RPUD3ZD0 (request for certification for automated notification procedure) to print the request form required for this.
The SAPscript form created by the report corresponds to the official template form from attachment 1 of the ‘common principles for certification for the automated notification procedure and data transfer within social insurance according to sec.22 DEUEV’.
Print the form. The program creator, program name, and release are already filled in by report RPUD3ZD0.
Fill in the rest of the information on the form by hand and send it to the registration office responsible.
