OHADEHB03 - Define Companies (Old)

The severely challenged persons display consists of two parts. In the first part, the number of the severely challenged persons is specified per Place of business.
If you have a very small number of employees in a personnel subarea, the severely challenged persons law prescribes to group together these small personnel subareas to a "Report company". This is generally the case for small regional offices which have less than six employees.
The "report company" could then, for example, be all regional offices of a geographical region. Here you control this Summarization to a "report company".

You have stored the personnel subareas 0001 - 0009 in your system. The personnel subareas 0001, 0002, 0003 have less than 6 employees in each case.
Since these are related in one form or the other, they are grouped together to a "report company". The sender of the "report company" is represented by the personnel subarea 0001.
Similar applies to the personnel subareas 0004 and 0005.

Please check whether you have personnel areas that have less than six employees. If this is not the case, you need to set nothing at this point.

In the standard system, it is assumed that none of your personnel areas has less than six employees.

In this step, a feature is to be maintained which carries out a grouping together of a company.
