OHADEHD13 - Wage Type List for Industrial Workers

You should store all wage types that are exclusively used for industrial workers in this wage type list.

The wage type MC10 represents an standard monthly wage. Since this is only used for industrial workers, this wage type should be included here.

All sample wage types set up in the standard system that are used for industrial workers, are included in the wage type list of this point.

You must take the fields MS and Wtype into account when entering the wage types into the wage type list.
If a wage type should be included in the statistics with the negative value of its amount, please code this wage type in the field MS with a '-' sign.

In the field Wtype, you specify how the wage type should be dealt with.

1. If you want to have the amount of this wage type taken into account as an Agreed basic remuneration, please code this wage type with 'G' in the 1st position.
2. If your wage type contains Pay scale bonuses, please code this wage type with 'Z' in the 1st position.
3. If your wage type contains activity-related remuneration, please code this wage type with 'L' in the 1st position.
4. If your wage type contains Other bonus, please code this wage type with 'S' in the 1st position.
5. Your wage type contains hourly wage, please code this wage type with '1' in the 2nd position in addition to the previous points.
   You thus calculate the number of the Hours worked for hourly wage earners.
