OHADEHE02 - Specify Reporting Companies

You have created several personnel (sub)areas in your system and these must be included in the remuneration statistics for the metal industry. You may want to list the survey data for several personnel subareas under one representative personnel (sub)area. You can record this grouping of personnel (sub)areas in a report company in this chapter, in the form of a feature.

You use personnel subareas 0001, 0002 and 0003. The statistical data for these personnel areas is to be grouped for display and personnel subarea 0001 is to represent the sender for the remuneration statistics. You can set up this constellation by structuring the feature as follows:

No grouping is set up in the standard R/3 system.

Please group your companies according to the example illustrated. If you do not need to set up groupings, you do not need to make any settings in this step.

In addition to grouping companies, the feature can also be used to group collective agreement types and areas. This may be useful in exceptional cases (e.g. if you have set up two pay scale areas that are to be evaluated together).
