You use this Customizing activity to activate subapplication Activation of Maternity Pay/Prohibited Activities Allowance in Schema D000 (ZMBV) for payroll schema D000 (Payroll Schema Germany).

This Customizing activity is only relevant for customers who want to use payroll schema D000.

Subapplication ZMBV is used to activate the automatic calculation of the maternity pay supplement and the equalization amount in the case of prohibited activities in payroll schema D000.

This subapplication must be activated at the latest at the start of the earliest possible retroactive accounting period (according to control record).

The actual activation of the automatic calculation of the maternity pay supplement and prohibited activities supplement can be done for the exact period in a second step. Even if subapplication ZMBV is active, it is possible to leave the calculation of the maternity pay supplement and the calculations for prohibited activities as inactive.

The validity of the subapplication is queried in subschemas DZMF (Basis Maternity Pay Supplement/Prohibited Activities D000) and DZMB (Calculation Maternity Pay Supplement/Prohibited Activities D000).
