OHADOEBR08 - Control Use of Interim Bonus

Feature DOULZ controls how the interim bonus is processed further.

If the return value is ' ', only the basic salary is included in the final processing of the interim bonus when the interim bonus is calculated, irrespective of other wage types for the maintained elements. In addition, if the employee gets a better position or if a general standard increase is applied, only the change in the basic salary is taken into account.

If the return value is X, all wage types included in the calculation elements are taken into account in the final processing.

If the return value is T, all wage types for the interim bonus in T539J are taken into account in the final processing in the case of a pay scale increase. However, in the case of a level increase, only the basic pay is taken into account.

If the return value is S, all wage types for the interim bonus in T539J are taken into account in the final processing in the case of a level increase. However, in the case of a pay scale increase, only the basic pay is taken into account.
