OHADOEMOD - Assign Valid Special Payment Models

In this step you can assign various models to various organizational units, employee groups and subgroups to automatically generate special payments.

Feature ODMOD determines the key ORGKY for reading the table T5D87 (Assign Public Sector Function Model.

Feature ODMOD reads the personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, and employee subgroup, and returns the key ORGKY as the return value for model table T5D87. You can then define the validity of different models using the function key (bonus = 01, vacation allowance = 02).

The automatic generation of premium and vacation allowance is based on information collected during the whole of the current payroll year - here the leave entitlement prerequisites during individual payroll periods play a significant role. The conclusion of this is that you should only activate the automatic generation of premium and vacation allowance on January 1. For the premium and vacation allowance of the first incomplete payroll year, assign the models which deactivate the function for the automatic generation of premium and vacation allowance.

1. First maintain feature ODMOD.
1. If required, modify feature ODMOD.
2. Choose Check.
3. Choose Save.
4. Choose Generate.
2. Then maintain the function model assignment for the premium and for the vacation allowance in table T5D87.
1. Maintain the model table T5D87 for the selected special payment.
2. Choose Save.
